Scope
These terms govern the use of this website and any enquiry submitted through it. They do not constitute an offer to sell, and no contract arises until Steadfast Defence & Infra Private Limited issues a written acceptance or a signed purchase agreement.
Regulated goods
Arms and ammunition are manufactured under Ministry of Home Affairs Manufacturing Licence No. M/New/0157/MHA/2023 (UIN 10670MANF528192023). Supplies are made only to buyers holding the licences, authorisations and end-user certification required under Indian law. Exports additionally require DGFT authorisation and, where the item is listed, clearance under the SCOMET control list.

Specifications, performance figures, drawings and photographs published on this site are indicative and issued for information only. Configuration, dimensions and performance are governed by the approved drawings and the technical annexure issued against the customer order. Product imagery is representative and may show a configuration other than the one supplied.
